A weird problem :(
 

When I open my car doors the clock reset itself to 1:00 and the radio turns off.

What seems to be the problem? I'm so confused.

I don't know exactly what wires go into the doors on your model Protege, but what you describe sounds a lot like a short to ground (probably an intermittent short caused by a broken wire that is moved when the door is open). Check wiring for breaks, etc.
