Thinking about Bulbs

So I've decided that I'm going to get the Sylvania Cool Blue Headlight Bulbs. So far I heard that these are good. If anyone's heard otherwise please post here and tell me.

Also, our headlights are H4 right ? Can it also be like 9003 or something like that, aren't there two kinds like H4 or 9003?
