Silver P5 wich color for calipers ?

I have a Silver P5, wich color you suggest me for the calipers ?

CanadaFX Apr 21, 2003 03:53 PM

blue.

Go with blue they will really stand out. Just my 2 cents.:blue: :blue: :blue: :blue:

I'd go with the blue as well. However, I've seen anodized red (like the P5 emblem) which looked pretty cool as well.

Later,

Scott.

I would paint them red.

Red...

I did mine red - like scottMP5 said, P5 emblem matches. Also, nice continuity with red taillights (if stock).

And Kicker, i'll go for Silver or Gunmetal for your red Pro !

kcbhiw Apr 26, 2003 01:28 AM

I'd go for black/gloss black. Fitting for a stock caliper and looks quite good.

A red caliper, IMHO, indicates a Brembo. Why imitate the real thing? Remember, the stock brakes, while decent, are still rather low end single piston calipers. I'd rather not advertise the fact.

To each his own I guess.

Heres a different idea. Take the calipers and brackets off and polish them to a high quality finish. Than throw on some clear coat to keep them nice and shiney. Lots of work but I saw it once and it looked real nice.
