Removing a panel ?
 

How do you remove the panel between the driver's door and the dash ? The panel that I'm referring to is the one between the door and the left side vent. It is parallel to the door and also the most higher. Also, is that the only way to reach the back of the differents controllers like dash light intensity, fogs lights, etc...

Any help ?
