removing decals

i was curious if anyone here knew how i could remove the "ES" decal on my protege? if anyone knows don;t hessitate to respond, thanks

you can carefully stick a exacto knife just under the decal
while you pull up. after you can catch it with your finger
nail, just use your finger nail until you pull off the vinyl.

then, take some goo gone or wd40 on a soft cotton towel
and rub it until the adhesive comes off. afterwards, wash
off with mild soap, dry, and wax. :)

wouldn't the exacto Knife be a little risky considering the paint?

oh, yah, if you aren't careful you could scratch the paint.
but ive always used it and ive never scratched the paint.

if you can start it off with just your fingernail, just use that.

Use a blow dryer to soften up the vinyl and peel.

Bug & Tar remover also works good for the removing of the leftover glue from the sticker...

Heat is your friend. Use a hair dryer set to "high", and stretch the decal as you pull it up, and there won't be any residue.
