Rear view mirrors
 

I have a 1992 Pro DX...looking to install after market rear view mirrors (outsde) with the light on the outer body. Has anyone done/figured this out yet? Please let me know...thanx in advance

I know APC makes these style mirrors for the 3rd gen Pros - maybe they have some that will fit a '92?

As far as wiring - if the '92 is anything like the 3rd gen, I wish you luck. Getting any new wires into the doors on my P5 proved a formidable task - I tried to put new speaker wire in, and just gave up, because it's a real hassle.

Maybe the older gens are easier.

i was gonna do that too, but i havent found any mirrors that are the right size.

i've been looking for a set of M3 side view mirrors for my '94, but without the built in turn signal. i've seen a few pairs of the "universal" mirrors, but i'm not sure how much modification they would need to fit properly. :dunno:
