Pro5 rear bumper removal

I can't seem to figure out the two bottom screws that hold the plastic to the rear metal bumper. They look like regular screws but they just keep turning without backing out. There isn't a possibility of a nut on them spinning since they screw up inside the metal bumper. These things are making me angry. Any solutions?

If they're anything like the bastard screw on my front bumper, you have to pull OUT and away from the base. A good pair of needle nose pliers might help.

I believe that it is the same as the front bumper fastener you were talking about. Its not a screw even though it has the Phillips head grooves cut in it. Its just a push pin that you have to pry out. Thanks for the help.
