Nice! How did the install go with your hu and the indash display? How much for the dvd, and indash screen? I was thinking of getting the ps2 or X box and an indash display so I can play a game or watch a dvd out of one unit.

I, too, want to know how much you ended up paying for everything.......other than that, I must admit that it's very kick-ass:D

i don't see it as i'm down $1300, but as i'm paying $45/month! :D all this courtesy of wells fargo! the screen was $500 less than the $1299 alpine indash screen, and it's just as good or maybe even better. my eq was $175, and the dvd player was about $270. the rest was installation.

more toys will be added soon. :p

wait , does that tv, have a dvd player built into it , cause that is what I am looking for

no they are separate. there aren't a whole lot of indash dvd/screen player on the market (maybe 2 or 3?) but they are expensive. pioneer and panasonic may have those, but i'm not sure. that'd be nice tho, if you could get both up front (that's what i wanted too) so that you could drop an eq in the dash as well...

but i'm not finished with everything yet. i am gonna do a custom center console so that i can fit the dvd player and eq. :)

i was trying to get a vince dunk, but i couldn't get a good pic in. i don't care much for the lakers and even less for kobe, but you gotta admit its a pretty good image! :rolleyes:
