Neon Installation
I have a 2002 Pro ES and am about to install neon tubes under the driver and passenger seats. Any suggestions on the best way to install these? I was thinking double sided tape, but dont know if that will be enough. Any help is appreciated

i found that if your car is the same as my 99ES, then their is a wire that is part of the control that runs the seat mvt. if you tape it to that it will be the most admiting setup you can get

wire ties worked wonders under my first gen seats.. i was able to tie them direcly up to the cushion support springs under the seat. should be just as easy with a 3rd gen. as far as screwing them into the seats... i wouldn't recommend it. just watch your wiring and that you're able to move both of your seats back and forth easily without compramising your wires. by tucking them up this far, it makes them hard to acutally see the tubing, spreads the lighting out evenly and is probably the easiest method as it doesn't requre you to unbolt your seats to install your neons. and self tapping screws are a bitch to get into the floor pan.. if you're using a cordless drill to install these the tension the screws will have could actually split off the screw ends of the neon tube. with wire ties, it actually gives you a few more mounting options. also, double sided tape, no matter the strength isn't going to last long enough to be worth your time.
