NECVOX in dash screen
 

I just ordered a NECVOX 7 inch indash monitor. It looks very similar to the ICON-TV one that onehawiian has in his car. My question is this the same unit, just rebranded or are there some significant differences?

icon may be the manufacturer, but i'm not sure. there are only a very few companies that actually make multimedia stuff, so products will look similar. but if you got a good deal just make sure you keep your eyes on the road! :D

still tweaking my system, but my car sounds better than my house (and my seats recline!) congrats on your new toy!

Thanks for the replies, really quick. I bought it from a place in Canada so iwouldn't get killed with duties (got charged 100 canadian at the border for my JBL 600.1) nobrandelectronics.com I paid $479 US for the screen and it was the cheapest i could find it.
Hopefully this will be the last part of my system cause it has taken sooo long to put the system together ( aboout 2 months now). THis is not because of the parts but making the box and vinyling and plexiglassing the trunk took forever (i'm lazy). Now the end is in sight and I can hopefully enjoy the system in a week or two.

dude, it'll feel soooo awesome when you get that first "wow" from your friends. :D keep us posted (with pics!)
