MX3 rear seat in a 1st gen?

Has anyone ever done this? I've seen a few guys here talk about it, but it sounds like they're guessing. If someone's actually done this, let me know. I'm only talking about the cushion itself. I realize the seat back probably won't work. I was thinking I could have the Pro seat backs reupholstered to match.

Also, if you have done this, did it fit up well against the Pro seat back? How was the ride in the back? Doesn't seem like there'd be much cushion left - even the Pro rear seat cushion is pretty thin.

the mx3 front seats, carpet and rear seat cusions fit. the back padding doesting for the rear seat. Unless u dont use the 60/40 split feature. THe doorpannels fit the 323, and the mx3 dash fits the 2nd gen sedan better then the 1st.

Thats my knowledge, and i dont think gro did a test fit, or i
woulda known bout it. ;) but ill ask him today when i see him.

Sorry, I'm not sure what you meant about the back seat :dunno:

Well, I know what the SEATBACK is, lol! I wanted to know whether it fit. I'm gonna try it and found out for myself. Besides the seat bolsters needing recovered, I'll lose the headrests and the armrest too. Hmm, not sure if the matching thing is THAT important.
