Looking for something different in an MP3 CD player.....

Okay, seeing as how many of the members here seem to up on the latest trends in car audio, I have a question.....

I would LOVE to see an MP3 CD player for the car that can display a track listing menu - sort of like displaying all the folders and tracks in a Windows-style layout. This would be such a great way to navigate through 200+ tracks easily and efficiently.

While I haven't seen anything like this, does anyone know if something resembling it is in development at all? With the giant leap forward lately in OEL displays and such (Pioneer, anyone?) I would think that a great feature like this might be looming on the horizon.

I am dying to pick up a Pioneer 9400MP - but I'd hate to shell out $600 or so for a deck, only to have something like what I'm talking about come out 6 months down the road.

Any news?

Yeah I hear ya

I would Check out a Pioneer Premier. I Personally Am going for a DEH-P930 or the DEH-P840MP, probably the DEH-P840MP
due to the fact that its cheaper and the only real big difference is that it does not have dsp

But if anyone is going to develop what your looking for it will probably be pioneer and im sure that you will be able to talk the dealer down at least 100 bucks. Go ahead and check out this link if you havent already
