Does anybody know the Mazda part# for the JDM taillights?

The only way you can ge them is through import. You won't be able to buy them at your dealer. Try http://www.corksport.com for a price.

Actually my friend lives in Hong Kong and is coming back to Canada so he is buying me a set. I emailed the part# now so I will be getting it in August.

I can hook you guys up with some euro taillights. If there is a lot interest I'll buy some while I'm travelling around Europe in mid June.
