Here you go. You have to remove the .orig.jpg off the end when posting from imagestation.

Your interior looks real good. I'm planning on doing mines the same way.

How much did the shop charge you for the interior paint job?

Rawny12017 October-29th-2002 12:49 AM

the shop charged me $140 for painting ten pieces

matttrix October-29th-2002 10:39 AM

Did the shop have to remove the pieces for them to be painted or did they keep them on?

Rawny12017 October-30th-2002 01:22 AM

i took everything off for them so it looked like my interior was stripped out for like a week

It may seem like a lot to you semtex....but Ron enters all the shows with us and a $2 Krylon job can be spotted by any judge. To win at shows everything must be top notch and look professional. You may be good with a spraycan.....and Im sure your setup looked great, but for those of us that are out for trophies/sponsorships....rattlecanning isnt gonna cut it. Not only that...knowing something is going to be done right the FIRST time is very important to most of us...peace of mind can be worth a lot to many of us.

Its just a different perspective. $140 is actually a good deal if your painter is doing all the necessary prepping and clearing....Ron's setup is definitely top notch!!!! The pics dont even come close......Good Job Bro :bigthumb:

Im not attacking you semtex...just informing you since you couldnt "beleive that"....please dont take this post the wrong way.:argue:

Rawny12017 October-31st-2002 04:59 PM
