industrial fallouts

ahhhhhhh,
just wax the car today, noticed what looked like little brown dots.
upon closer inspection, they are industrial fallouts.

i used meguiar cleaner wax, but those sucker dont come off.
tried scraping off with fingernail, a little still remains.
scraped a little harder and endup scraching the paint....ahhhhhh.:(

anyone have a simple solution to remove those annoying fallouts without scratching the paint?

Try using a clay bar from Mother's, Meguiars, etc. I live very close to a refinery and I get it all the time on my light colored cars. It takes them right off without having to scrape. Make sure you follow the instructions that come with the bar. Remember to wax the car when you're done.
