I was reading about a guy who has a Protege sedan at Sounddomain.com under member pages, and he has his in the or behing the glove box. If you haven't already, check that site out. It's a good site for getting ideas on customizing your car whether adding high performance parts or doing a stereo system.

any monitor screen can be used, so headrests, flip outs etc will work fine.
if you don't need cabin access, i'd build a small tray under the rear deck and flush it in there, with space to holding other game discs and an extra 2 controllers for tailgate play. Then i'd build a port for the 2 controllers up front somewhere and either just use the 2 i made room for next to the PS2 or keep 2 in the glove box. |
Sony PS2
I believe it was "LeeBangers" Protege. It's on the 2nd page under Maz Prot.

here is mine. I have mine just sittin under my passenger seat. U can get a custom bracket to go from one side to another on top of the ps2 and screw it into the floor so it wont move or get stolen. But every night i take mine out to play it inside my house.

it looks clean too, btw. and all the wires are neatly zip tied under the seat so nothing gets caught up
