Which hoses to replace !?

Hey ...
Which hoses can I replace under the hood of a 2002 Protegé !? Also, All I have to do is unplug the hose and plug the new one after I cutted the correct length ?

Thanks...

If you are talking about looming stuff, you can replace the hose comming off of the air intake and the hose from your fuel injectors. But A/C hoses I wouldn't mess with unless you know howo to dump your A/C coolant. JUst wire loom over them. Hope that helps
Im not talking about some wire loom, but silicone hose. Are they just cover too or you can replace your stock hose with them ?

You can do both if you want to,but only replace certain hoses with it, since the silicone hoses aren't as thick as some of the stock ones you might just want to cover those so that the vacuum doesn't suck the hose together.
Ok :) ! And How do I know which one Ican replace !? Do I have to be a specialist  ?

What hoses are you trying to replace. Their are ones that you should never touch unless you know what you are doing. Some of the tubing around the engine is "not just silicone." Some of the tubing such as the radiator tubing have fiber weaves and are thinker to handle heat and expansion. Just make sure the tubing that you put in the engine bay are the same quality as OEM parts or better. Especially considering that your car is still under warranty.

As Foxymazda said only replace certain hoses in the engine bay. You do not want to be caught on the side of the street with burst tubing due to the wrong part.

:D Thats why Im asking !!!

I know that not every hose can be replace. But if you take some hose kit like the one from HoseTechniques... do the hose in them replace the stock one or are just wrap around ? Are they Silicones hoses or made from others materials ? Fozymazda seems to say that there is only about 2 hoses that can be replaced, but I saw some P5 engine bay with more than that  !

Im sorry about all those questions, but Im knowledgeless in this departement  !

Thanks

Just follow the P5 engine bay picture they have on hosetechniques site. This is about all they give you in the instructions anyway.

check my website under my 2002 es...will be posting pics soon on which wires you can change....when i changed mine i ended up braking two solenoid valves(the connect to the hose with a flimsly little plastic rod, so use a pair of pliers and even tweezers to ease the hose off..don't force them off( i ended up paying $ 140 for the two valves i broke.....

Did you buy a kit like the Hosetechnique's one ? Wrapped around or replaced the hoses ?
