Got my M3 mirrors in today
 

well after a saddend day of being at a wake for my aunt , I arrived home to notice that my M3 mirrors have arrived . I ordered these off of ebay about 5 days ago or so .. and they have finally arrived, I have attached two pics of them so you can check them out ,, apparently they are a 2 peice design that comes with the mirror as 1 and the backplate to fill the car from the window .. looks pretty smooth if I may say so .. ohh did I mention these are power mirrors and I will be converting my protege manual mirrors to power ......

hey bruce i was checking those out also, but i'm wanting to keep the manual mirror version do you think the manual mirrors will work? also are those the ones for the 3rd gen pros?

yeah they are the ones for the 3rd gen , I want the power cause I can't stand not being able to reach over to move the damn mirror over there lol

i actually just installed the same mirrors on my friens tercel tonight, they are nice mirrors. the "objects in mirror are closer than they appear" thing is actually etched into the mirror, not some cheap sticker. they look good

is the LED amber ??? how much were they ?

don't know the color of the led yet , but I know they cost me about 90 bucks including shipping ,.....

should be ordering my 1.8 in about a month ...

are you going to paint them the color of the car or keep them black???

I am going to paint them the color of the car, they may not go on for a while , maybe not till after the engine is done ....

I will try and do a test fitting for you guys so you can see how they fit .. it just needs to warm up

i just got my m3 installed they are carbon fiber with blu tint
they look really nice
