Glow kit Problem HELP
 

It just snowed in Delaware on thursday last week and since friday I drove my car my neons wont come on they were like that first thing after I got in the car on thursday I didn't drive it at all and then friday i turn them on and they don't come on!!! I was yellin and screaming, truly pissed off they only been on 3 weeks and a problem already!!!! What could this be there are icicles on the tubes!!! I had them run for 25 minutes and nothing came on!!! I figured it needed to be on for a while to warm up but nothing!!!

First off..use punctuation, :) .

Secondly, have you checked all your connections, fuses, etc? Check for water inside the housings. Do a quick rundown of your installation to try and spot anything out of the ordinary.
