Easy Solution to color code your top plastic piece on grill
Well the solution was easy for me in that the silver is easy to match. See photos
I went to a sign shop/decal place, they matched the silver pretty darn good. They made a template, cut it out (not on the car) Then put a stone shield (stonguard) on top of that. Cleaned the surface and use the heat gun to get any bubbles out. For $30 CDN it was worth a try. https://www.s2ki.com/ezimagecatalog/...34-640x480.jpg https://www.s2ki.com/ezimagecatalog/...38-640x480.jpg |

Very nice!:bt:
Looks much more elegant. Where in Canada did you get this done?? |

Damn, that's far from where I am.
So it's a vinyl sticker and not paint? Regardless, it looks very good. Looks like the JDM Familia. Nice work! |

Originally posted by MIA protege ok I would think if you have a trimline or your favorite decaling shop, they could do this very easily. |
I likes...Great idea! Simple, clean, and low-$... Best kind of mod.
One warning, though, to anyone else who does this. Check the type of vinyl they're using before you have it done. Make sure it's cast vinyl, rated for outdoor use. Don't let 'em sell you the cheap stuff, or else it'll crack after a couple years. |
