Compustar battery change
Had to change the battery in my remote today... this being my first alarm system, I was a little nervous that maybe the remote would get out of sync with the car or something strange.. so I pop the new battery in and immediately I say outloud "what ... the.... f---".. anyone done this with their compustar remote yet? Is this some kid in taiwan (or where ever it is made) idea of a joke or something?
It made me laugh to say the least... it's certainly one feature I wasn't aware of.. maybe all of them do this and I just haven't seen it.. Dawn Edit: I'm not saying what it did, because I think it's an easter egg :) |
Quit taking drugs! LOL

LOL I havent heard a 20 second song YET hehe, BTW does anyone know if the SS have an anti tilt thing installed? People in my area have been getting their rims jacked...so far 2 sets are gone and are on blocks (Prelude and a Bimmer) and they almost ripped the Cavalier's Toxxins just up my street :|

hahah the 20 second song is awesome! lol first time i heard it laughed cuz i was in my office and everyone looked at me like WTF
it only happens if the battery was out of the remote long enough for it to reset - then you have to go into the car and do the key thing 10 times and hit a button on the remote to finish the setup. |

It does it for me even if I take the battery out for only a second and put it back in.. I've never had to do "the key thing 10 times" |
