Clarion AMP DPX1000.2
 

Guys,

Im about to purchase this amp that produces 1000w witha 2 ohms load. I get it from www.etronics.com for 244$.

ANY of you that have it or know about clarion amps ?

Common guys some of you must know about clarion ???

I sell it at Alton's Audio in Goldsboro, NC.
It's a great amp and if you could just walk into a store and buy it for $244, go for it. But if you are buying it online.....I'd reconsider. First off, I believe the only AUTHORIZED internet dealer for Clarion is Crutchfield. Which means that if you buy it from a company that's not authorized, you get no warranty. Plus, if the thing does go bad, you have no one to talk to in person....you'll end up playing telephone-tag. That amp usually sold for I think $600 or so. So if they are selling it that cheap, something's up.
