anybody looking for the mp3 bumper and skirts or any other parts for the conversion should defanitely check out this dealership in NC. their phone # is 252-638-3025. i've been looking for the best prices for a while now and these guys are really cheap so just thought i'd let you guys know. they also have some aftermarket/performance stuff.

does the dealership have a name?

JAC Oct 21, 2002 03:55 PM

What's this wonderful price you're talking about?

MarkSpark Oct 21, 2002 03:58 PM

Sounds like a dealer trying to entice people giving only sparse details

BL_Protege Oct 21, 2002 04:02 PM

hey y dont u post up some prices then we'll see

mtbfreak40 Oct 21, 2002 04:22 PM

Bumper = $152.56
Mesh Grill = $20.25
Rebar = $153.19
Side Skirts = $162.50
Wheel Wells = $Didn't know off the top of his head (thought around $20 each)

That a good deal?

MarkSpark Oct 21, 2002 04:37 PM

That sounds excellent, but I'm no expert. Does this dealer have a website?

Maxx Mazda Oct 21, 2002 05:06 PM

Sounds too good to be true. Not rasing the flag (yet,) but I'm just saying that if it's for real, what a steal!

yah sorta sounds too good but if not this is a good deal.
Also mtbfreak40, when you say mesh grill. Is that both upper
and lower. Or just one of them. You have to change out both
grills to do the conversion right. Oh and one more thing, how
much for shipping the parts. Cuz shipping the bumper is going
to be expensive..

Just my thoughts.

I think that the Mp3/P5 bumper alone costs over 400$ (US)...

mtbfreak40 Oct 22, 2002 06:53 PM

ok i'm buying 2 full mp3 conversion kits from them so we'll see if its for real or not soon. i'll let you guys know when i get the kits. these guys also have a selection of aftermarket stuff.

JAC Oct 22, 2002 08:45 PM

cool man, I have my fingers crossed.:D

MarkSpark Oct 22, 2002 11:00 PM

let us know of the shipping costs

mtbfreak40 Oct 23, 2002 12:07 PM

shipping was pretty expesive. i ordered 2 full mp3 kits and it was 280. so 140 for each kit. i guess thats not that bad tho because its a really big package and it would have costed about that to get it from anywhere else.
