Carnauba Wax in my Contact??

I was taking my Contact Severe Cold and Flu medicine and decided to read the label. Under "Inactive Ingredients" it lists Carnauba Wax as one of its ingredients  . Maybe it's designed to "coat" my stomach or something...:D

Hey. Why not? Carnuba wax is in gummy bears! :D
So I wasn't surprised if wax was in other foods.

believe it or not, it's in cheap chocolate bars! parafin is an inert ingredient and as such does not have to be listed on the ingredients... some companies used to have it listed, but none do anymore.

In England they eat candy made of sugar, coloring, and flavoring added to pure wax - wax is by far the main ingredient.

and of course we all know that all the apples you get in a grocery store shine up like they do because there IS a very thin coat of wax on them....no its not naturally there...its added.
