Can't get clock to display with aftermarket HU
 

I have a 2008 Mazda 3 GT. I installed a aftermarket HU and had the clock (well fuel remaining) still being displayed and working for months. I had to change my clutch which means losing power to the HU. I reconnected my factory HU and I can see the clock but I cannot change it to fuel display or even adjust the clock. I tried holding FM and CD + turning on the car but
Still can't adjust the time or change to another setting. I have both factory cables connected to the factory HU. Is there anything else I can try?
