Wash the car with fallout remover, then a high-alkaline soap, then use a cutting compound to take the paint down a bit, then continue to buff it out with a polishing compound. That's what we do at work.

i suppose that would work :D

No, fallout, (also known as “rail dust”) are little flakes of metal that become imbedded in the paint while the cars are on the trains, enroute to the dealerships. Fallout remover is a highly-corrosive acid that works to remove the particles without damaging the paint. (It makes chrome wheels shiny as hell too!)

The pics were funny though…

You could just use a clay bar (like Mother's) instead of the fallout remover, then use 3M's Perfect-It Fine Cut rubbing compound, followed by 3M's Perfect-It Swirl Mark Remover/Polish. That's pretty much the same recommendation as Maxx Mazda's - just giving you a couple names of some products. I know you can buy all this stuff at Pep Boys and the 3M products can be applied by hand OR buffer, although a good dual-action buffer would yield better results.

I doubt any of the above will do much ! the clear on your car is shot. a buffing might help some but wont cure your problem.
Age and the enviroment has taken its toll.Hate to be a bummer but......:(
