3rd Gen Protege fender signals?
 

So I've seen quite a few pics of Proteges with fender turn signals.

Can someone tell me more about these? Like what proteges they came on, where I can get some?

I'm 99% sure that in the US, they began putting those on in 2003. My '02 Protege5 has no side markers and my wife's '03 MSP does.
