Be Aware Pro Owner's (Arm Your Car)

Last nite at my place of employment.....I was robbed!!!! Someone broke into my car and stole my cd player and my equalizer.....They smashed the window and pulled the lock and away they went..........made an attempt of getting into the trunk....and came up short....the back seats were locked and the trunk lever was disabled......so beware of nasty punks looting your cars.............now I get to shell out $200 for a new window........yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FUCKERS!!!!!!!!

Man, that really sucks. I'm sorry to hear about your ride. :( Whereabouts in the city do you work? I'll be sure to avoid it for awhile. ;) Are you going to get the repairs covered by your insurance?

What happened to you is my worst nightmare these days, being the owner of a new P5. I think I'm getting a little paranoid...

Oh no!! That's terrible!!! That's just low-life!!! Did you file a police report yet?

Where do you work? Rough neighbourhood?

I hate people like that!!

well hope things will work out for ya.

Hi Imact, sorry to hear about the damage. I used to live in Ottawa and moved to Edmonton in 1994. We lived in Orleans and nothing ever happened with my ride, thankfully but it is always sad when you hear stuff like that.

When we bought our new P5 that was the first thing we did, install an alarm. Not sure how effective it is, but better than nothing. We have not changed the stock CD player as yet but probaby figued it was easier to install the alarm before we picked it up.

Little punk ass kids!!!! It is already so hard to keep your cars nice without some little punk tearing it up for you. I'm sorry for anybody this happens to. I used to have to put thse distroyed vehicles back together after the break in.

Geeez! Sorry to hear about your loss...in February, my 95 Dodge Avenger was raped right outside the Swiss Challet beside the Brinannia theatre on Carling...they poped the trunk release from the inside after smashing the passenger window and stole my sub and 2 amps..you were smart to diable the hatch...one thing I learned form all that was don't rely on a car alarm...mine went off and no one cared!!! Another thing, try to park so that the trunk is facing out to the street or wherever the most exposure is apparent...thieves hate to expose their back...

think about new rims over suspension; just MHO...:D
