where to go-kart?
 

hey, my birthday is coming up, does anyone know any good places to bring my friends to go karting? anywhere in the DC/northern VA area would be awesome. thanks.

I know of a track up rte301 in Bowie MD.... I have not been there - just seen it from the HWY...

me friends found a place near the dulles town center in virginia between rte 7 and waxpool. the address is:
Allsports Grand Prix
45915 Maries Road,Dulles,VA
but it looks pretty expensive.

update: wow allsports was an indoor track and 100% fun. i'd recommend it even at the steep price. its a well-run operation and the $22 was well worth it. they have different pricing for however long you wanna race. all we did was the 8 minute race (about 15 laps). oh and you def cant go wrong with an instructional video with jeff altenburg hehe.

some of my friends found a less expensive go karting track in md between annapolis and DC for only $2.50 a lap. they wanted to go there because it was cheap (they probably wouldve done 2 laps and called it a day) but from where we are, we wouldve spent more time driving TO the track than driving IN the track.
