Mid Atlantic Protege Picnic

MAPP V is well into the planning stages! Let it be known that I will be editing this first post here as time elapses, so all current information will be in this first post. This is to eliminate multiple confusing posts.

Place: Princess Anne Park, Virginia Beach VA

Date: To be determined now! :)

I am shooting for the the end of MAY, beginning JUNE on a SATURDAY. This leaves the following dates.

May 24
May 31
June 7
June 14

We need to pick a date that is round-about good for everyone.

So post which is best or if you are completly flexible through those dates.

isn't may 31 memorial day weekend?

Any of the June dates are good with me. May 24th is bad because Englishtown will have the big national drag meet that weekend I think and I go to that every year. I think the two June dates are best.

Seems as thought the first two weeks of June are better so far. I will keep Date decision up until next week before we make it final, so we can get some extra votes in.

i'd pick June 14.

should someone post about this in the southeast section, since Virginia Beach is close to NC... would be really cool to meet some new Protege owners :) (not that the old timers are uncool or anything ;) )

I am from the Philly, Pa area but if you have the meet in June I should be able to make it. June 14th is the better date for me if you want a specific date.
