Well I definitely plan on goin...have I signed up yet?...no. Just because I want to know the actual date of the event. Once that is out I'll be signing up. Kinda hard to make set plans when you don't know when it is. I think everyone else os waiting for the same reason. 16 pre-date is pretty good!

Thanks for answering like that UPSMAN I agree what you said. I need to know a day to get it off in advance. I am on call at work too. So I need the day so I will not be on call that day.

hey i sent you an email but ill say the same here. all i need to know is the dates and any other info you might have. they want to do the show/meet/photo shoot whatever but we need to know when it is. also where and how much space we will have to set any type of tent or booth or what.

Sorry there hasnt been any updates lately. Been really busy gettin the website together so we can get it up and running. UMCP doesnt look good. Were looking at about 10+ tents set up for your entertainment and enjoyment. Were working on food, but as for *DRINKS* its gonna be bring your own. Im also looking at any other options for locations... Yea Yea I know its a nissan. I still have my mx6 tho. Its just to hold me over until i can get the money to fix it. Its worth it to me for now. Ill always have a mazda of some sort. :D

UMCP is a NOPE. I talked to the people today and they said they wont do it .:( Im looking around for another place. Im calling the Montgomery County Fairgrounds right now.

i would love for the meet to still happen. can anyone else think of a place?
last july tweeter in columbia had a stereo/car show they might be intreasted in having the show at their store.
if anyone else has any ideas plaes post them.

I got a hold of FedEx Field... They can do it but its 3 grand :winkyum: . Right now we cant put out that kinda cash because we dont have it. Tweeter might be a good location because they showed interest in setting up a tent. Gotta run.

is there any news or updates on the meet? i asked my local tweeter if they wanted to hold it and they seemed to be intreasted but it wasnt their call it had to be made from higher up.
boy i am itchin to get out and see all the cars and what everyone else has done with thier MP5's and other Mazdas.
there is a lot people that share the same feelings as me.
ive been to a bunch of other car meets with my buddies RSX club, Capitol RSX. they have always put on a nice lillte meet. they get a pavillion at a state park and do the whole cookout thing and check out each others rides. it was just a good time. they also were part of a big meet that was held at dave and busters in nova that was pretty cool as well.
there are plenty of parks around here and most have some very nice sites to take pics at. this might be an alternative that we might consider.
plus i have one word for everyone..... COOKOUT!!!
