Last Autocross
 

I was wondering if anyone is going to the last autocross of the year on Sunday at FedEx Field.

I will be there, its time my ferrai gets warmed up for a run. :D

I would have, but then i realized i have no treads left on my tires, so I decided against it :(

No, I'm not running in the autocross. Sir_jumper(Jon) and I are going, so I'm going to watch him. I might do it, I'm not sure yet.

Yo Hank, my treads are going also, I'm screaching around traffic circles, haha. Damn autocross :D Good thing it's the last one for the season. Just got my tires roated, maybe that'll help a little.

Yeah, if you don't have enough tread to race, then you need to get new tires for the winter anyway. Might as well have fun wearing them out.:D

so, there's TWO more autocross events left for the DC metro area this season. Both will be held at Six Flags America. It is a HUGE ELONGATED parking lot, so it'll be a completely different experience compared to FedEx.

The Dates of the events are November 10 (11/10) and November 17 (11/17). the one on 10th is a practice event, meaning they won't be classing cars, aka, "run what you brung!" :D

I expect the registration for the 11/10 event to open this Sunday at 8pm, so if you autocross nutcases want, we should all sign up and have a Protege autox meet there!!!! :D

p.s. Sorry about not showing up Sunday, I was studying for my GRE test this Thursday :eek: and crying over my Redskins getting pounded by the Packers :crying:

oh yeah, i think i'll rotate my tires as well... for the time being...
