BAR BQ new date.......
 

Ok well it looks like the BAR BQ is going to be on on aug 9th at the same park. The situation is this, the park is booked for the bar bq area so i asked manager if it was ok to move it to this big section of parking lot. Since it is at a dead end then we can just block it off for just us and if there are going to be any kids there then there won't be any traffic so they can play. What i am going to have to do is get a few tables and one if not two grills to cook the food with. Also we will have the field all to ourselves for the football game.


The manager said that there shouldn't be any problem with me blocking that area off but due to the rules that they have had set that all grilling has to be done in the picnic area then that might be my last problem. He is going to call me back on tommorrow to give me the final ok as he has to get the final ok for me to do that from his boss.

If this works out right then the itenarary will be the same.i mgith just need a little help with the tables and grill part though so if anyone can assist me with anyone of those then i will greatly appreciate it.

Now they told me that i could have either one of these days. The 2nd or the 3rd or the 9th or the 10th. I picked the 9th so that everyone will have time to arrange things as they might need to make the meet.

I can't seem to get my sign in sheet to work right so if you can and you are coming then please PM me with how many people you are bringing so that i can get a head count for food and space to park the cars. When you PM me put BAR BQ as the title so i will know what it is. If you have a question about the Bar bq then DON'T use that as a title.

The guy from the park service called me today and asked about how mant cars will be there at the event and how many people. I was unable to give a number because he kinda wants a close amount see if there would have space and if i needed to reserve more or not.

So i need for you guys to post how many are coming and how many people are you bringing so i can get him a number.

well guys i hope you guys will show up as i just met a guy with mazdaspeed today who would love to hook up his car and i told him that this it the place to go to meet some great people. So him and i both are hoping that there is a big turn out of proteges!!!
