Mini now available with John Cooper Works from the factory
 

Oxford, England - The John Cooper Works tuning kit, which increases the horsepower and handling performance of the Mini Cooper S, can now be added as factory equipment.

The kit increases horsepower to 210, and includes high-performance brakes, a limited-slip differential, and stylish wheels. Until now, the kit was only available as a retrofitted accessory. Delivery of the first cars in Europe with the factory-fitted tuning kit will commence in October 2005; Canadian pricing and availability will be announced at a later date. In addition to factory fitting, the kit will continue to be available as a retrofit to existing vehicles.
