Yeah kinda hard to tell by the pics, they were taken right after the car got off the lift, so i suppose they'll settle a bit, then i can take some decent pics.

how much was the whole setup and how long did it take?

N4GIVN January-20th-2003 01:23 AM

Well, got the springs from Mitch @ Protege 5 online , took it to a local shop Sonic Motorsports both of which I would like to thank for all the help.
about 2-3hrs of :bs: 'n around and it was done. I was gonna install them myself but (get ready for the excuses :o)..
1. no spring compressors
2. my jackstands grew legs and never came home along with
the 2 ton floor jack
3. I have a gravel driveway
and yadayada oink oink mooo.....oh, and I saw a very helpful link showing the pain in the @$$ it is to do the rear so... that kinda convinced me to leave it in the trusty hands of the shop :bigthumb:

I didn't find it so hard in the back. That didn't sound right.LOL. I just stood on the swaybar and pushed the screw in. I rented the compressors and it took about 3 hrs by myself. Anyway, congratulations:D I love mine as well. They are a little harsh on bumpy roads, but all around great improvement.
