Turn Radius
ok so my question is, if i get 18inch wheels, how much will my turning radius change compared to my stock 16inchers..... what about on 17inch wheels?

None. Wheel diameter affects speedometer accuracy and final drive ratio, not turning radius.

ZIP, ZILTCH, NADA, THE BIG GOOSE EGG.....the two are not realated at all.....when you are up against the stearing box's lock....your wheels are still pointed in the EXACT same direction, regardless of their size.

thats what i thought, but i heard some of my stupid honda buddies talking about that.

How turn radius can change with wheelsize
I'm a Jeep owner. I'm working out my deal to buy my first Protege this week (I HOPE).
ANYHOO I recently put 31" tires on my Jeep. As it turns out, the larger tires rubbed when I turned sharply. I had to adjust my steering stops to restrict my turn radius. SO, I don't know how it works for Proteges or for Honda's for that matter but if putting larger tires on will cause them to rub when turned a fix for that would be to adjust your steering stops - which WOULD increas the radius of your turns.
