swaybar question

i have a question about swaybar thickness, what difference does it make how thick the bar is?

ok, but if it pivots, i don't understand how the stiffness matters that much, i mean sure if it was really thin i can totallypicture one sode bending and the other side not moving, but is the stock bar really that flexible? another question, i've noticed that the links that attach the rear suspension to the bar are like at a 45 degree angle and the ones in the front are almost vertical, any idea why it's like that?

Swaybars only pivot when both wheels move together. When the body rolls, one side must bend up or down compared to the other side, twisting the bar. That's when the stiffness comes into play. :D

Rear TTL link clearance.
