Popping Springs
 

I installed the Tein SS coilover kit about 6 months ago. Since i did though i keep getting a pop coming from the springs when i make really low speed tight turns (like in a parking lot) and it gets kinda annoying. Anyway, ive taken them off and talked to a couple different people about it. From what i can tell, the strut pole isnt pivoting like its supposed to so when i turn the wheel, it puts stress in the springs and causes them to shift and hence the pop. When i took the struts off the car, the strut pole pivoted just fine, but when i put it back on, same popping. Is there something i can do? Would getting a product like the AWR upper strut mounts help? Thanks for any input.
