Nopi Coilovers

At nopi they have Number 1 coilovers for 100 somthing dollars. has anyone had these yet? or heard anything?

Number 1 is NOPI's own brand. Alot of their stuff is quality with out the brand name. As far as the coilovers go, I heard they were made by Progress but don't know for sure. Sorry its not much help.

$100 coilovers? Not so sure the quality could be that great for a price like that. GroundControl coilovers are relatively inexpensive if I recall correctly.

Yeah there $118
I was just about to start the same thread. Definetly interested in them, wonder where I can get there specs?

They probubly have insane spring rate.

Tyrael6666 December-23rd-2004 05:27 PM

Arn't they just a spring that can be adjusted to go lower? I saw some arospeed ones or whatever on ebay too, but if you compare them to really good coilovers, say Tein, you will notice that they are just a spring that varies, where as a good $1000 and up set of coil-overs has a spring/strut combo that is probably a lot more effective handling wise. I think nopi's coilovers are more for look, and I dunno that the stock struts are gonna be happy with a possible 3 to 4 inch drop on some of those cheap coilover things.
