Need some help with shocks/struts

I recently purchased a set of Tokico HP Blues and I was wondering if it comes with everything you need to install them.

I noticed that my current shocks has a sorta spring like rubber that covers the chrome part of the shock. Are the shocks supposed to come with that too? I don't think the current ones on there are any good anymore because it ripped and I can slide the rubber spring up and expose the chrome part of the shock.
I hope you guys know what I'm talkin' about.

Oh yeah, the shocks didn't come with any spring like rubber, just one bolt for each shock.

just a dust cover...not essential, but will extend the life of your struts

oh so i guess that's what you call those things.
i'll have to get four of those then.
thanks.

do they come in low/high quality or would any dust cover do the job?

Do you guys have an idea of what these things cost?

I've heard it being called boot rubbers here instead of dust covers.

why not use the old ones? :) I'm pretty sure they'll slip right off once you take the suspension apart (springs off of the struts).
