Eibach question.....

i kno this topic has been beat to death before, but i did a search and cant seem to find the specific answer i am looking for. Im looking to get eibachs but im wondering if it will rub in the back with a full car since it says 1.8 drop in the rear and 1.3 in the front. someone please help......:(
Stock rims by the way....

It will not rub most likely. I have 17s with the Eibach Pro Kit and I have never rubbed.

the springs are stiff so even if you have a full car it won't rub. i use whiteline flatout springs and i've driven the car with 6 people (including me) in it and we didn't rub nor did we scrape the bottom over horrendous humps

make sure its the pro kit and not the sportlines, cause the sportlines might rub, or youll have horrible tire wear issues. and replace the struts too!!:D

there is a group buy for them here

you can run up to a 19"x7.5" wheel on our 3rd generation pros w/out rubbing. you just have to make sure that the offset is high enough. check out rishie's fitment guide here

Ne1 have pix of a car with a pro-kit i am also thinkin of 1 for x-mas :-). I was looin on eibach site and they say they lower more in the back well my car is higher in the front stock i would want it lower by a lil in the front ??

this is a picture of a p5 but it gives you an idea of the drop.

the reason it lowers more in the back is because the proteges have that "raked" look because the back is higher than the front.

I'm a little confused on which kit is for which car. The PR5 (wagon) kit says it lowers 1.4 front and 1.2 rear. This doesn't make sense to me because the PR5 sits a lot lower in the front than the rear stock. In order to level it out, shouldn't the drop be more in the rear on the PR5?

PRO-KIT

1.4 in front
1.2 in rear
