Winterize my car

Today there was 6 in of snow on the ground and it was an impossible hell to get home.

Are our pros just really bad in the snow? all the other cars were shooting by me while I was barley doing 20. Any tap on the gas had me spinning the tires and going side ways. I had get out and puch on the way up a hill.

Is there anything I can do to my car? I lave a 2000 lx, and this is my first winter with it. So no anti lock or anything that might have been usefull.

Im gonna take my rims off the front and buy some steelies because I dont have my old ones any more. Ill look like a real ricer then.

Is there anything I can possibly do to make this thing better in the snow?

Snow tires. We have them on my wifes P5. I got a set of 4 steelies, Blizzaks WS-50's and 4 hubcaps for $489 delivered to my door. They absolutely transform the car in the winter. The bad side is that they make the car sloppy in dry conditions.

Just out of curiosity, where did you order from? Thanks.

I have purchased several sets of tires from them over the years. They really do a great job.

Good luck!
