wierd noise while turning

I notice that I'm startin' to hear a wierd noise when I turn to the right when drivin' slowly, like when I'm pullin' into my driveway. It kinda sounds like something's rubbin' somewhere but I haven't done any suspension mods, or any mods for that matter that would contribute to the noise.

any ideas?

Maybe it's that mouse that was living in your engine compartment, he probably moved to the fender and doesn't like it when you squish him! :)

oh jeez KrayzieFox! LOL

but I don't think it's the mouse because i don't hear any squeakin'. I'll take a look and let you know :)

Fender liner?

is it a continuous rubbing noise? if it is a clicking noise then it could be your cv joint, you would hear it while turning at slow speeds. check the boots of the joint for any cracks or leaking lubrication

No it's not a clickin' noise and I mentioned that I only hear it when I'm turnin' right but I actually noticed today that it also happens when i turn left. It's not a continuous noise. If I drive slow and goin' straight, no noise. While turning either left or right, I hear the wierd rubbin' noise.

I suggest checking the boots around your cv joints, even though they aren't clicking like mine did, maybe it is in the early stage, my boots were cracked pretty bad and all the lubrication had come out of the joints, it wasn't too hard to replace the axles on my 97 626 which i believe has the same set-up as your pro. And recently we removed them from a 02 P5 and it was the same senerio. other than that i am not sure, maybe the wheel bearings, jack the front up and spin the tire with your hand and listen for the noise, while it is up check around the wheel well for any signs of rubbing, maybe its that simple. good luck
