vibration @ 2k RPM follow-up

Hey all happy new year! Last month I posted about an annoying vibration that I could not place for the life of me around 2000 RPM whether at idle or while driving. Sometimes it sounded like it came from the driver side, sometimes from the rear passenger driver side, and sometimes not at all. But I found the culprit for any of you who have this same issue! It's the front crossbar on the factory roof rack. I noticed one day while resting a bag on top of the car that when I brushed up against it, voila! It's a little springy buzz sound. Then upon closer inspection, I noticed that the plastic seam wasn't butted up tightly together, yet the screw holding together was as tight as can be. hmmmmmm.... so I still haven't gotten around to fixing this. Any suggestions? Should I even bother taking it to the dealer?

I never experienced your problem. However heres a solution. Take off the roof racks. How often do you use them anyways.
besides it gives alot cleaner apperance without them.

Just take off the roof-rack I did it w/ my cousin it's so easy to do.

hah good idea... simple enough. I was thinking about actually using the roof rack for my bike, but then I'd need to shell out a bunch of cash to get the rails and attachmenths. and besides, it's winter and who wants to bike in 6" of snow anyways. Maybe when I come into some extra money next summer....
