Tension bushing on 02 Mazda Protege ES 5spd

Anyone replaced the tension bushing on their Protege? At 98k mile mine are torn and I'm replacing them. Looks like it's a special order for Mazda parts. Any other brands tried for factory or better performance/ quality?
