quick question
don't yell at me if this has already been asked, i did a search and didn't get anything. will rx-8 rims fit on my car? i have a 2002 P5, thanks in advance.

I took a quick look around trying to gather info. But I can't find anywhere that has the lug spacing specs for the RX-8. But the rim is the same diameter and depth. (for the 16" off the RX8) I really don't see a problem as long as the lug spacing is the same.

phantom cruiser got the bick 18s (or were they 19s) on her P5....maybe ask her

Roddimus can correct me if I'm wrong, plus I'm half asleep typing this. But offset is the outer edge of the rim in relation to the lugs. Positive is where the rim sticks out past the lugs. Negative is where the rims are inwards past the lugs. It looks like the RX8 rims have a larger positive offset than the stock protege. Which looks like from the pics that there would be rubbing of the tire during bumps. Or even taking a turn to sharp.
LOOKS WICKED THOUGH! |
