Protege5 ES or SE! What do you own?
I'm curious to see how many Protege5 owners have a ES or SE Protege5!
The Main Differences that sets the SE apart from the ES, is that the SE comes standard with the below: 1. SE has 16 inch pollished alloy wheels **ES has 16 inch non polished alloy Wheels** 2. SE comes standard with air conditioning. 3. SE comes standard with Sport Type Black Leather Seats 4. SE comes standard with Glass Moonnroof with dual front seat map lights. You can go to Mazda Canada and search under vehicle archives to find the Protege5 specifications, to compare differences in the ES and SE.:cookoo: |
hmm, I have a US P5 and it's just called P5. Mine has leather, sunroof, 6-disk, polished wheels, wheel locks, ms exhaust, 5-spd, side air bags, abs+ebd, etc.....I guess by your standards it's an SE.

I ordered mine with everything but the bling wheels and leather.
ABS, side airbags, 5 speed, moonroof, A/C, and I'm sure there's some stuff I don't remember. I bought it in Dec 2001. |

Howdy
I've got an LX and I wish I would've gotten an ES, more equipment and less hassle! Mike |
Mine has everything the SE has except the leather seats. Polished rims, moon roof, luggage rack, AC, dealer installed 10 disk CH changer, etc.

I got everything but the leather seats and the chrome rims.
Was the leather seats even an option for the 2002? When I got mine brand new before the 2002.5 the ones with chrome rims didn't have leather seats. |
