P5 Owner->mazdaspeed Owner
 

Hey everyone!

I thought I'd share my experience with you. I have been a P5 owner for the last year and a half. I've been quite satisfied with my ride, and minor upgrades, but lately I have been so upset about the HP and "speed" of things. My past history was with a Type-R, GSR, Civic, Eclipse GSX, so beside the Civic, this car is "slow". It was a great transition car and my wife did drive it and was happy with it. Though, in thoughts and having the "urk" or shall I say urge, I am picking up my 2003.5 Mazdaspeedat lunch today, the laser blue mica color. I did all the papers last night and yes, cleared it with the wife. She had been waiting for me to tell her I wanted a new car (I had a habit of a new car every 1.5 years, and well, she got me on that one - she says that I am a new-car-aholic, gotta have that smell in me). So, I thought I'd just share this info and say I'm still out here.

hey whats up man! congrats on the new car!! You should get some pics when you can, i'd like to see how the blue looks. I got a good laugh out of reading your post.... I'm the exact way as you. I currently have a truck right now, just over 2 years actually. That is a record for me as i never kept a vehicle much more than over a year. It's my 5th vehicle and i plan on trading it in for a mazdaspeed come this new year. I'm getting so impatient though...... lol
