Silver is by far gonna be the most abundant color. I really would have liked a blue one, but pickin's are slim at year end sales events. It was either silver or white for me.

Yet another silver one :)

Hey Dion, where do you spend you time? I drive like 4-5 km to work (20 blocks), and I can/do pass by the following P5s (not including the ones that are moving):

Blue, Blue, Silver, Red, Blue (sometimes), Yellow, Blue. Yes these are all individual cars....

This doesn't count the ones in the lot at NorthHill. Our friend who live 3 blocks from us has a black one, but she's off in New Mexico on work right now.

Sigh, I liked that on our one month road trip through 8 states we saw fewer P5s the entire time than I do in one day between my house and work.

Vivid yellow all the way baby!!! I think the P5 must be selling by the truck load as they sure seem to be alot mor eon the road. When I bought mine it was a rare thing to see others, but now I pass at least 4 or 5 on the way in to and from work.

The PT Cruiser is another one that sure seems to be around alot. Every 10 minutes I pass one. Must be a cheaper car :D.

90210Brandon...yes, I am originally from Calgary. My sis and brother in law live in the NW. In a subdivision called Rocky Ridge. I love living in the south, but have to advertise somehow. I come back to cowtown once a year, hopefully i will drive the P5 up in April. Went to the NOPI Nationals and had to have a big sticker, so I figured why not The Source....Later on....oh by the way, are the roads in Calgary still Horrible????

They are better than the ones in Vancouver, I believe. Good to hear from you. Let us know when you are back in town, we'll see what 'we' can do.

When I bought P5 in February, the dealer had the entire line-up of colors to choose from. And it was the RED one that spoke my name.

Actually, two of them spoke my name. When I came back to do all the paperwork and take delivery, the salesguy was busy trying to also take care of 2 other prospects. It was past sunset and dark out, he was confuzed, and I ended up taking home the wrong car (same color, same options, but just the wrong VIN). They called me at work the next day to tell me of the mixup. So, one of the managers drove 60 miles on up to my town the next day with the one I was supposed to have and took back the other. I now just found out my tag is registered for the wrong county, too. :cookoo:

Speaking of colors, I think that the natural surroundings make a difference as to how attractive a particular shade of paint looks on a car. I once bought new Chevy ("Our Cars Self-Destruct!") Beretta that was a brownish-gold when I was southern New Mexico. Looked great in the drought-striken desert. Moved to green cornfields of Illinois where that color just didn't look nearly as good for some reason. And then, true to Chevy's motto, the paint self-destructed due to a manufacturing defect a couple of years later.
