Ordered a Spoiler from Spoilerdepot.com - Anybody ever order from them?

I just order a Spoiler (actually I won an Ebay bid) for one from Spoilerdepot.com.

Looks easy to put on. It has a light and is supposed to be as good as one from Mazda (OEM).

Anybody ever buy from these people?

It looks legit. I paid under $200.00 with shipping as compared to Mazda dealers $338.00.

We'll see.

Does it come painted? If so, it sounds like a good deal. Let us know how it turns out, and how hard it was to install.

That's the same place I got my spoiler for my '96 Tercel from. I also won it off of eBay at an excellent price.

They get a big thumbs up from me. I gave them the paint code and they custom painted it. The paint job was absolutely perfect. It is identical to the factory spoiler with the proper light and everything. Mount was an easy, if a bit harrowing, job. Drilling holes in the body sheet metal of your car is never easy on the nerves. I cleaned the trunklid thoroughly first, then put masking tape over the general area where the holes would go. In my case, it was two holes on either side, with and extra on the driver's side for the wiring. The spoiler came with a heavy paper template (like manila folder material) for the holes as well as rubber gaskets for each side. I marked the holes on the tape then used a sharp center punch to mark them. The indentations gave me something to keep the drill from skittering all over the place and damaging the rest of the panel.

I've had it for almost a year and it still looks great. You're going to be very happy with it.

Thanks for the Tips Jason. I imagine it to be pretty easy to install albiet a little nerve wrecking.

Check E-bay if anyone else is interested they seem to run another auction as soon as one closes.

And yes they do come painted, and match up very well from all the testimonies.

They E-mail you back away too.

I'll let you know how it went when it is all said and done.

Doug
